Job summary
Beilmann Marketing is seeking a video editor with performance marketing experience. You will co-create compelling direct-response ads for top D2C brands, translating strategy into engaging videos with strong hooks and storytelling.
You’ll work remotely with an international team, using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and Figma to deliver on-brand content. Join a fast-moving agency with strong growth, regular masterclasses, and opportunities to influence creative direction while collaborating
Qualifications
- Based in Portugal or Spain and planning to stay.
- Several years of editing video ads for performance marketing on YouTube, Meta or Google.
- Strong CTR, conversion rate and retention awareness in editing and storytelling.
- Fluent English; German at B2 or above is a plus. Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects required.
Responsibilities
- Turn raw footage, scripts and ideas into high-performing video ads.
- Translate strategy into videos with hooks, storytelling and rhythm.
- Source footage and sound, add motion design and audio elements.
- Develop concepts with strategists and project managers to elevate briefs.
- Maintain brand look across client videos and contribute to agency marketing.
