Beilmann Marketing GmbH is seeking a video editor based in Portugal to join a performance-driven team focused on Google & YouTube Ads for international D2C brands. You will edit and produce direct-response video content, translating strategy into compelling visuals with strong hooks and storytelling rhythm.

Work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and Figma to create ads, while collaborating with creative strategists and project managers to push concepts beyond briefs.

Qualificações

• Based in Portugal and planning to stay.
• Several years editing video ads for performance marketing on YouTube, Meta or Google.
• CTR, conversion rate and retention drive decision making in editing, visuals and storytelling.
• Strong ownership of projects and ability to prioritize under multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or willingness to adopt them.

Responsabilidades

• Direct response editing to turn raw footage into high-performing video ads.
• Translate strategy into videos with hooks and storytelling rhythm to keep viewers engaged.
• Source and integrate footage and sound, including motion design elements.
• Develop concepts with creative strategists and project managers to enhance briefs.
