Darkroom is seeking a remote Video Editor to join its Marketing Team and craft impactful content for IG, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll transform raw footage from podcasts, events, and interviews into platform-native videos with strong hooks, captions, and motion graphics.

You’ll collaborate with the Video Lead and grow a scalable content system. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, optimize for performance, and adapt to platform shifts while maintaining Darkroom’s brand voice across

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years editing content for social-first brands, creators, or agencies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce standout content across short-form and long-form formats for IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Create native video formats and repurposed edits to maximize reach.
• Incorporate hooks, text overlays, captions, sound design, and motion graphics for performance.
• Turn podcasts, webinars, and interviews into polished platform-friendly videos.
• Collaborate with Video Lead on edits, structure, and narrative framing.
• Organize footage and manage a scalable production pipeline for recurring formats.
• Analyze performance data to refine editing strategies and test formats.
