You will process orders in SAP, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve inquiries to ensure seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in customer service, order management, or sales support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP from creation to invoicing.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and distributors on status, pricing, and product information.
• Generate timely price quotations to support the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to address customer issues.
• Identify improvements to the order management workflow.
