Siemens Energy in Portugal seeks an Order Management professional to handle the full order lifecycle and provide proactive support to customers and the sales team. You will process orders in SAP, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve inquiries to ensure seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP from creation to invoicing.

• Serve as primary contact for customers and distributors on status, pricing, and product information.
• Generate timely price quotations to support the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to address customer issues.
• Identify improvements to the order management workflow.

How You'll Make An Impact

• You will process sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, ensuring a smooth transition from order creation to invoicing.
• Monitor order status and manage delivery schedules, coordinating with logistics to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, resolving inquiries related to order status, pricing, and product information.
• Generate and deliver timely price quotations to support the sales team and meet customer requests.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments to address customer issues and facilitate the sales process.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying and suggesting enhancements to the order management workflow.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, order management, or sales support roles.
• Proficiency in order management systems, particularly SAP applications.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction and active listening.
• A background in an industrial or technical business environment is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
