Siemens Energy in Portugal is seeking an Order Management professional to oversee the full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing, supporting pre- and post-sales activities for the Grid Technologies team. You will coordinate with customers, distributors and logistics, ensure accurate SAP processing, monitor deliveries, and provide timely quotations while seeking process improvements across the operation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Proficiency in SAP applications.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders accurately in SAP from creation to invoicing.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and distributors on inquiries.
• Generate and deliver price quotations to support sales.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will process sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, ensuring a smooth transition from order creation to invoicing.
• Monitor order status and manage delivery schedules, coordinating with logistics to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, resolving inquiries related to order status, pricing, and product information.
• Generate and deliver timely price quotations to support the sales team and meet customer requests.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments to address customer issues and facilitate the sales process.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying and suggesting enhancements to the order management workflow.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, order management, or sales support roles.
• Proficiency in order management systems, particularly SAP applications.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction and active listening.
• A background in an industrial or technical business environment is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
