Siemens Energy in Portugal is seeking an Order Management professional to oversee the full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing, supporting pre- and post-sales activities for the Grid Technologies team. You will coordinate with customers, distributors and logistics, ensure accurate SAP processing, monitor deliveries, and provide timely quotations while seeking process improvements across the operation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Proficiency in SAP applications.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Background in industrial/technical environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders accurately in SAP from creation to invoicing.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and distributors on inquiries.
• Generate and deliver price quotations to support sales.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to address customer issues.
• Identify and suggest enhancements to the order management workflow.
