Siemens Global Business Services in Portugal seeks an Italian-speaking Order Processor to manage sales and purchase orders across ERP systems. You will communicate with customers and Siemens units, ensuring accurate order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Italian at C2 level is mandatory.
• Basic English is required for communication with delivery centers.
• SAP knowledge (MM/FI/SD) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for a group of customers and manage Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Book sales orders within the ERP system.
• Follow up on work-in-progress orders and deliveries.
• Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers.
• Handle inquiries from customers and business units regarding Sales Orders.
• Act as interface between customer and Siemens units/warehouse/factories.
• Ensure high quality communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
