Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator based in Portugal. You will plan and deliver medical equipment installations across Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, and APAC, coordinating site surveys through to completion.

You will manage schedules, allocate engineers and vendors, communicate with customers and stakeholders, track milestones, ensure compliance and quality procedures, and maintain documentation using Monday.com and

Qualifications

• Experience in installation coordination, project coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer service in the medical devices industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across regions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience coordinating field engineers, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from surveys to completion across regions.
• Schedule field service engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary coordination point between customers and teams.
• Manage customer communications about schedules and updates.
• Review site surveys and relay installation requirements.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance documentation and quality procedures.
