Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Guimarães. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams and thriving in an environment where priorities shift and speed is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget are met
• Lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives, promoting continuous improvement of team processes
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and remove blockers before they become problems
• Clearly communicate project status to stakeholders at different levels
• Promote data-based decisions using project metrics and KPIs

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 3 years of experience in project management in Agile environments
• Proven ability to work under pressure in demanding and dynamic contexts
• Strong analytical mindset — makes decisions based on data, not only intuition
• Practical experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting
• Proactive profile, action-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or a regulated industry
• Familiarity with regulatory or quality processes, such as FDA or EU MDR
