Job summary

Syndigo is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own end-to-end healthcare and medical device implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will serve as the primary client contact during rollout, triaging issues and coordinating with Product, Support, Services and Engineering to ensure a successful launch.

The role combines project management (scope, time, cost, quality, risk) with regulatory know-how for FDA GUDID, EUDAMED and other UDI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management or client-facing roles in SaaS.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end healthcare and medical device implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Services, and Engineering to deliver successful launches.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into clear specifications.
• Manage program scope, milestones, and risk according to client constraints and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing program governance, status updates, and client reporting.
• Travel to client sites as needed to ensure project success.
