Job summary

Haut.AI, a BeautyTech startup, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the go-to-market side of the product. You will shape packaging, pricing, and launch strategy while aligning with enterprise accounts to drive value from signature to adoption.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, define explicit bets with OKRs, and advocate for AI-enabled workflows. The role is fully remote across UK/EU time zones with stock options after probation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management for B2B SaaS with GTM ownership.
• Took products to market commercially; can discuss outcomes and numbers.
• Pricing and packaging experience, ideally with usage-based or API pricing.
• Comfortable with enterprise sales conversations and multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical with defined metrics and simple business cases.
• Collaborates with Sales and Customer Success, not only Engineering.
• Strong discovery, planning and OKR-focused delivery.
• Familiar with LLMs and AI agents; prototypes to inform backlog.
• Proactive, high-agency, startup-ready.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into clarity: define problem statements and prioritized experiments.
• Own packaging and pricing: tiers, bundles, API usage, pilot-to-production pricing.
• Own product launches end to end: plan, positioning, pricing, docs, enablement and adoption measurement.
• Map customer journey from demo to go-live and expansion; design onboarding.
• Define and defend roadmap with bets, hypotheses, timelines and OKRs.
• Be the product voice in commercial conversations with enterprise clients.
• Provide demand signals to delivery PMs and Engineering; own the what and why.
