Job summary

HumanIT Digital Consulting in Portugal seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead AdTech initiatives for a UK digital retail business. You will own the vision, roadmap and revenue outcomes, shaping ad placements across Web and App while delivering a strong customer experience.

You will partner with Design, Engineering and Commercial teams to set OKRs, improve tracking and self-service experiences for partners and suppliers, and travel to the UK 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with ownership of roadmap and backlog prioritisation
• Hands-on experience in AdTech, Retail Media or ad-supported digital products
• Solid understanding of the ad serving ecosystem: placements, targeting, tracking, reporting and inventory management
• Direct accountability for revenue-related metrics such as ad revenue, fill rate, CTR, eCPM and supplier/advertiser revenue
• Experience balancing commercial goals with customer experience and making trade-offs on live products
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI/OKR definition and data-driven prioritisation
• Willingness to travel to the UK 1–2 times per month
• Fluent English (C1 or above) written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term vision, adoption and implementation of AdTech across Web and App
• Own the product roadmap and prioritise backlog against core business goals
• Influence Design, Engineering and Commercial/Retail Media teams to deliver features
• Improve tracking and reporting, and enable self-service experiences for partners and suppliers
• Set high customer experience standards with Design and Research teams
• Define success metrics that ladder up to OKRs and the online scorecard
• Travel to the UK 1–2 times per month
