WW Talents is seeking an Italian and English-speaking customer support agent to join its remote team serving a global streaming platform. The role is based in Portugal with a Lisbon-area remote requirement and offers a multi-salary structure including monthly payments and allowances.

You will handle account inquiries, provide timely solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) and English (B2+).
• Based in Portugal.
• Live within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
