PrimeIT is expanding its global IT recruitment team and seeking a Talent Recruiter to attract and select top IT, telecommunications and engineering talent. You will build a pipeline, partner with business managers, and drive talent acquisition strategies across international markets.

We value proactive professionals with strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work remotely while coordinating with global teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, preferably in corporate or consulting environments.
• Skills in talent attraction strategies and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
• Results-oriented.
• Proactivity and autonomy in managing roles.
• Associate Talent Recruiter - up to 2 years of experience.
• Talent Recruiter - between 2 and 4 years of experience.
• Senior Talent Recruiter - between 5 and 8 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify, attract and manage the pipeline of highly qualified talent, focusing on strategic and specialized positions.
• Work closely with Business Managers, ensuring a clear understanding of recruitment needs.
