Ideal candidates have advanced English, 1+ year recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers flexible hours with remote and office options and a USD-based compensation structure.

Qualificações

• Advanced English communication with a positive, open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year recruiting experience or similar client-facing role.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.
