Job summary

Prime Group is seeking an International Corporate Recruiter to join our global Recruitment team. You will lead end-to-end hiring for Sales, Management and technical roles across multiple geographies, shaping talent pipelines and employer branding.

With English fluency and a proactive, analytical mindset, you will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and maintain up-to-date ATS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in international contexts.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages valued.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy in managing multiple recruitment processes.
• Interest in international and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Management, and technical profiles across multiple geographies
• Develop active sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pipelines
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates with rigor
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and recruited profiles
• Deliver a standout candidate experience throughout the entire process
• Keep the ATS up to date and produce regular reporting on recruitment metrics
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and brand positioning in target markets
• Conduct market analyses, talent benchmarking, and competitive mapping
