Job summary

360Imprimir/BIZAY is expanding its team and seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring. The role covers candidate search through headhunting, job postings, events, and fairs, plus building candidate databases and implementing selection strategies.

You will maintain applicant tracking systems and generate performance metrics for the recruitment process, enabling efficient hiring while working in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (preferred)
• Autonomy and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conducting the Recruitment Process from A to Z
• Searching for and selecting candidates for the recruitment process, both through headhunting and advertisements on job sites, but also at events, job fairs and others
• Compile candidate databases to effectively identify the profiles required
• Implementing recruitment and selection strategies
• Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems, producing performance metrics reports during the recruitment and selection process
