Sunkissed Getaways is seeking a personable Hospitality Experience Coordinator to assist clients from initial request to completion. The role focuses on researching services, coordinating arrangements, and delivering a smooth, responsive client experience in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, organization, and learning new digital platforms, with attention to detail and reliability. Prior hospitality or reservations experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Gather information about client preferences and requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and other available services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and related arrangements.
• Communicate important information and updates to clients.
• Review confirmations and details for accuracy.
• Assist with modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements.
• Coordinate with hospitality and service providers when needed.
