FH Collective Academy is seeking a German Customer Support Specialist to join our global service team from Portugal. This 100% remote role serves European German-speaking customers with high-touch support, via phone, email and live chat.

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) and strong business English (B2+) required.
• Must reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security).
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
• Assist customers with digital service platforms, account queries, and features.
• Ensure high CSAT by delivering empathetic, accurate, and prompt solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex inquiries.
