Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers by phone, email and chat from Portugal. You will resolve account, billing and service inquiries while ensuring a high-quality experience.

You'll work 100% remotely across mainland Portugal with a fixed monthly base salary plus allowances and performance bonuses. The role starts with training, a six-month probation, and opportunities for career growth in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (C2).
• Experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and find effective solutions.
• Guide customers through products and platform features.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
