Hiring International is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our international, fast-paced team in Portugal. The role is fully remote with eligibility for occasional Porto office visits and quarterly travel; required French at native/C2 and English at least B2, plus basic SQL knowledge.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide accurate solutions, and maintain records while collaborating with global teams to ensure top-tier customer service.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Previous experience in technical customer support or related roles
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with technical systems and digital tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Portugal, preferably in the Porto or Lisbon area
• Willingness to visit the Porto office once every 3 months

About The Role

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Porto or Lisbon, with the flexibility to work from home and visit the Porto office once every three months.

SQL Knowledge

You don't need to be an SQL expert. Basic SQL knowledge is sufficient, but you should be comfortable understanding simple queries and working with databases.
