Boeva Tech is seeking a Payment Solutions Support Agent to join our multilingual support team, focusing on French-speaking customers with empathy and precision.

You’ll handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social channels, assist with technical setup and payments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Tech Support to resolve issues swiftly. The role is remote from Continental Portugal, on a 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using English in a professional context.
• Experience in Customer Support or Contact Centers is a plus.
• Patient, positive, problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media across channels.
• Assist merchants with technical setup, payment issues, and product navigation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Tech Support to resolve queries quickly.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and tools to boost merchant satisfaction.
