Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-focused customer service project in Portugal. The role is remote within Portugal, supporting French-speaking customers, guiding them through simple technical issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Candidates may be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; relocation support is available. You will record cases, follow up on issues, and contribute to an international and multicultural team.

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
