A leading customer service provider is seeking a French speaker for a remote Customer Care role. In this full-time position, you will deliver exceptional service to customers of a globally renowned retailer. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and managing complaints. Candidates must have fluent French and a good command of English, along with the ability to work rotational shifts. The role is remote, available only to residents in Portugal (Coimbra or further north).

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory).
• Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.
• EU member state passport or valid residence card for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
• Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Conhecimentos

Fluency in French (C1/C2)
