POSEIDON, a luxury communications firm, seeks a Chief of Staff in Portugal to support the Founder & CEO with high-impact operations and strategic leadership. You will translate vision into decisions, manage resources and maintain growth targets in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish KPI dashboards, and ensure timely delivery through rigorous project management and stakeholder coordination.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations or a fast-paced commercial role.
• Degree in Business, Management, Economics or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Commercial sharpness: build financial/ROI models and close deals.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools preferred.
• Exceptional reliability, ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and verbal English; strong stakeholder management.
• Timezone alignment with the CEO is critical and a 24/7 mindset is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Managing daily business operations and acting as the operational backbone for the Founder and CEO.
• Coordinating cross-functional growth initiatives (business development, talent offerings, partnerships).
• Establishing operational rhythm: KPIs, dashboards, weekly/monthly reviews and escalation routes.
• Negotiating with suppliers, platforms and contracts to optimise cost and delivery.
• Executing high-velocity project sprints with milestones and owners.
• Overseeing delivery by coordinating vendors and internal teams.
