Job summary

Paired is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the founder with day-to-day operations, research, and AI-enabled execution in a fully remote, international setting. The role focuses on structuring priorities, coordinating outreach, and turning conversations into actionable insights while growing with the business.

Initial setup includes managing AI-assisted workflows, knowledge libraries, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Willing to work with AI-enabled systems and tools.
• Proactive owner who can identify opportunities and act independently.
• Clear communicator with ability to summarize and outreach effectively.
• Strong relationship awareness across brands, partners, platforms, and agencies.
• Ability to research opportunities and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day founder support and prioritisation of tasks; draft concise updates and follow-ups.
• Pipeline research and outreach support, manage CRM-friendly context for outreach.
• Capture notes and maintain context across relationships; drive follow-through on meetings.
