Bloq.it is seeking an English and Italian speaking Field Service Coordinator to join our Deployment and Maintenance Central team in Portugal. You’ll drive the successful deployment and activation of lockers in Italy and Germany and report field data on deployments and maintenance tickets.

You will coordinate field operations, provide clear task direction, troubleshoot with technicians, manage escalations, and help improve service quality through documentation and SOP updates.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Italian required; German is a plus.
• Experience coordinating field operations and maintenance projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with ERP/ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deployment and activation of lockers across Italy and Germany.
• Provide prompt communication with technicians and store managers via calls, email and messaging.
• Develop clear SOPs for field validation tasks and maintenance activities.
• Manage escalations and deliver timely status updates and post-mortem reports.
• Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and procedures.
