Qualificações

• Strong problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Fluent in English and Italian with good communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highly responsive field service coordination.
• Ensure SOPs and validation tasks for surveys, works, deployments or maintenances are delivered with high quality.
• Provide prompt response and troubleshoot operational challenges for technicians and store managers via multiple channels.
• Contribute to creation of clear processes with support and maintenance org for deployment/maintenance of smart lockers.
• Manage exceptional flow when tasks fail and ensure successful delivery of service.
• Handle client escalations and provide regular status updates.
• Perform post-mortems and produce learning reports to improve service quality.
• Develop and update documentation, training materials and SOPs.
• Keep up-to-date with product developments and company processes to enhance field team knowledge.
