Bloq.it is seeking a French-speaking Field Service Coordinator based in Portugal to support deployment, activation and maintenance of smart lockers. You will coordinate field activities, manage supplier and technician tasks, and report on field performance to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong problem-solving, multi-tasking abilities and fluency in French and English. A remote-friendly policy and flexible hours help you stay productive while balancing life.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English is required.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with ERP/ticketing systems such as Odoo, Fresh Services or Airtable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highly responsive field service coordination for deployment and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure clear SOPs and successful delivery of surveys, deployments, or maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges for technicians and store managers via multiple channels.
• Help develop documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with product developments to support field teams.
