Sysmatch is hiring an Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Leader for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will lead the EUC and UCC teams, manage workload, on-call coverage, and career development while ensuring high service quality for end users.

The role requires 7+ years in endpoint engineering and leadership, with deep expertise in Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and endpoint security. You will drive automation, governance, and continuous improvement across the Global EUC function.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, architecture, and support, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the final technical escalation point for complex endpoint issues.
• Define and govern endpoint architecture and lifecycle management.
• Drive endpoint security and compliance using Defender for Endpoint and related tools.
• Lead Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and automation initiatives.
• Oversee CMDB accuracy, reporting, vendor management, and governance.
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to ensure SLA compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within EUC.
