Sysmatch is hiring an Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Leader – Hybrid in Lisbon. You will lead EUC and UCC teams, drive endpoint architecture, security, and automation, and partner with international teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 7+ years in endpoint engineering with leadership, deep expertise in Intune, Autopilot, SCCM and Microsoft 365 endpoint management, plus hands-on packaging and automation experience. A dynamic, collaborative tech culture awaits.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, architecture and support.
• Leadership experience in Managed Services or IT operations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM and Microsoft 365 endpoint management.
• Hands‑on packaging experience (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin) and patch management.
• Advanced knowledge of Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker and hardening practices.
• Experience with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms, ServiceNow and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EUC and UCC teams, manage workload, performance, on-call coverage and career development.
• Act as final escalation point for endpoints, collaboration platforms, security and deployment issues.
• Define and govern endpoint architecture including Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, packaging and lifecycle.
• Drive endpoint security and governance using Defender, BitLocker, AppLocker and CA policies.
• Lead DEX and automation initiatives with PowerShell, Terraform and IaC practices.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy, reporting, vendor management and operational governance.
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to ensure SLA compliance and service consistency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and knowledge sharing in EUC.

We're hiring: Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Leader – Hybrid - (Lisbon 3x) M/F Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the End User Computing (EUC) and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) teams, managing workload distribution, team performance, on-call coverage, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final technical escalation point for complex issues related to endpoints, collaboration platforms, security, and application deployment.
• Define and govern endpoint architecture, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, application packaging, patch management, security baselines, and the Windows lifecycle.
• Drive endpoint security and compliance through Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, Conditional Access, and governance frameworks.
• Lead Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and automation initiatives using tools such as Nexthink, PowerShell, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Oversee Configuration Management Database (CMDB) accuracy, reporting, vendor management, and operational governance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and international teams to ensure service consistency, continuous improvement, and SLA compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities within the EUC function.
• Mandatory Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, architecture, and support, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Microsoft 365 endpoint management, and endpoint security technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin), patch management, Windows Update for Business, and deployment automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, and endpoint hardening best practices.
• Experience with Nexthink (or a similar DEX platform), ServiceNow, and automation frameworks such as PowerShell or Terraform.
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and communication skills, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in‑ Managed Services or IT operations environments.
• Nice to Have:- Experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, telecommunications, or financial services.
• Knowledge of RoboPack or similar application packaging solutions.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or endpoint management/security‑related certifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI‑driven endpoint management, and regulatory frameworks such as DORA, FCA or PRA.
