Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor: Enterprise to deliver a structured training program from Portugal for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning tool.

You will guide learners through practical workflows, from beginners to advanced users, ensuring consistent terminology and best practices across markets. The role emphasizes live demonstrations, AI-assisted planning insights, and hands-on sessions in a fully remote setup.

Qualificações

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering hands-on training or workshops.
• Ability to tailor delivery for mixed skill levels in an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools beneficial.
• Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions: 10 full-day and 20 half-day workshops.
• Lead hands-on exercises and scenarios within real workflows.
• Explain promotional concepts, ROI, sales lift, and incrementality clearly.
• Ensure consistency of terminology and processes across markets.
• Prepare materials, run dry-runs, and coordinate with the training team.
• Demonstrate proprietary tools live and troubleshoot when needed.
