Inetum in Portugal is hiring a trainer to deliver digital capability programmes enabling teams to use Microsoft 365, Copilot and Generative AI tools. The instructor translates technical concepts into practical learning experiences and contributes to improving training delivery.

You will prepare and deliver sessions, tailor content for different levels, track progress, provide real-time support, promote best practices, and handle admin and reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training locations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver training sessions aligned with learning materials and programme guidelines.
• Tailor content delivery to different learner profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced).
• Track and assess participant progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Provide real-time technical and instructional support to learners.
• Promote best practices in the use of workplace productivity tools.
• Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements for training sessions are completed.
• Demonstrated experience in training delivery, particularly in adult learning environments.

This role is focused on delivering digital capability programmes that enable individuals and teams to effectively use Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI tools in their day-to-day work. The instructor will translate technical concepts into practical learning experiences and contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training sessions aligned with provided learning materials and programme guidelines
• Tailor content delivery to suit different learner profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced)
• Track and assess participant progress to ensure learning objectives are met
• Provide real-time technical and instructional support to learners
• Promote best practices in the use of workplace productivity tools
• Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements for training sessions are completed
• Demonstrated experience in training delivery, particularly in adult learning environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools used in workplace productivity
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and practical way
• Strong collaboration mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Experience delivering training on Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered tools
• Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and their application in professional contexts
• Experience delivering both remote (Microsoft Teams) and in-person training sessions
• Flexibility to travel occasionally depending on training location
• Preference for candidates based in the northern region

Location / Work Model

Project-based delivery with occasional travel depending on training needs
