Jobgether SRL is seeking an AI Change Lead to drive transformation across a global organisation. This fully remote role requires shaping change strategy, engaging leaders, and delivering adoption programs for AI initiatives in Portugal and beyond.

You will coordinate learning pathways, communications, and governance, working with Technology, Learning, Communications and business teams to ensure an integrated, scalable adoption journey.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Change Lead or similar role.
• Experience in digital/AI transformation programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies and adoption plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong governance experience with risk/issue management.
• Experience designing learning and adoption programmes.
• Experience leading communities or large-scale engagement.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional/global environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Coordinate communications plans and adoption content.
• Support AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives.
• Lead AI-focused corporate event planning and delivery.
• Establish and manage AI Champions Community.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Learning, Communications, Technology and business teams.
