Jobgether partners with a client in Portugal to recruit a Team Lead, Human Data Operations - Post Training. The role leads a distributed team of AI Tutors, driving data quality and scalable delivery for advanced AI systems.

You will own delivery, mentor staff, and push process improvements while collaborating with Human Data Managers and Engineering in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with an international team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation.
• Knowledge of data quality metrics and annotation workflows.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
• Strong analytical skills using data and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects; review work and ensure accuracy at scale.
• Coach and performance-manage AI Tutors with regular reviews and feedback.
• Participate in labeling, annotation, and review activities to maintain quality.
• Maintain guideline adherence, taxonomy management, and QA processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as quality scores, throughput and send-back rates.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Create training materials and certification benchmark tasks.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering on labeling strategies.
