Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Specialist for an international support project. This is a remote role handling inquiries from English and Italian customers, focusing on delivering helpful solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

You will work Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, with weekends off, and may receive a welcome bonus and relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent English language required.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and customer engagement abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to identify customer needs and potential business opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Remote work from Portugal.
