Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong Agile experience including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• 5+ years with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to translate product requirements into EPICs and user stories.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams within your product area.
• Translate business requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Managers and UX Designers.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals and timelines.
• Champion engineering processes and collaborative rituals.
• Monitor velocity and capacity to optimize resources.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and remove bottlenecks.
• Be hands-on in critical initiatives, review designs and code.
• Ensure monitoring, observability, and SLIs/SLOs for owned services.
• Define and publish post-release product metrics with Product Managers.
