Lever, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager based in Portugal for a fully remote role. You will own software project delivery from planning through release, coordinating developers, QA, and business stakeholders to meet timelines and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PM, strong organizational and communication skills, and hands-on experience with agile methods and delivery tracking. English fluency is required; prior software/dev experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional project management experience, software delivery a plus.
• Experience managing software projects from planning through release.
• Hands-on in delivery planning, progress tracking, and follow-up on tasks.
• Collaborates with developers, QA, and business stakeholders on requirements and priorities.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ownership mindset with proactive risk identification and recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Own software projects end to end from planning to release.
• Build and maintain delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and drive recovery actions.
• Coordinate with developers and QA to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable tasks.
• Manage scope and change requests, assessing impact on timelines.
• Plan software releases and ensure QA alignment.
• Provide clear updates on status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
