Sysmatch, a technology projects and digital transformation specialist based in Portugal, seeks an experienced software professional to lead technical initiatives across global teams. The role covers web and mobile development, architecture, performance, and delivery, with a focus on coordinating across time zones and roles.

You will apply Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall methodologies, working in Portuguese and English (B2) environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, performance, and project delivery.
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2).

Salary Range: €40k - €50k gross/year + Other Components/Benefits.
