Algomarketing is seeking a hands-on Activation Manager / Developer to power the technical execution of client marketing teams from our Centre of Evolution. You’ll build and manage event activation tools, templates and automations, translating activation requirements into scalable workflows.

In this role you’ll handle email development, event tech setup, data flow and live QA, collaborating with the Events Audience & Data Operations Analyst and Account Manager to ensure on-time, error-free

Qualificações

• 6+ years of email development and operations experience in large marketing orgs.
• Proven email campaign development using HTML, CSS and dynamic content.
• Experience with Gamma or GNP enterprise email platforms.
• Experience with data integrations and audience tagging frameworks.
• Strong email QA and deliverability knowledge.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build and configure RSVP, nomination, and registration flows for flagship and regional events.
• Manage multiple concurrent registration sites and related workflows.
• Set up and QA full communication suites: Save the Date, Invite, Reminders, Confirmations, Rejections, and Follow-ups.
• Asset Readiness & Gatekeeping: Ensuring all images, copy, and icons are 100% collected and finalized before development starts.
• Naming Conventions & Drive File Hygiene: Enforcing naming structures and organizing campaign files in Google Drive.
