Job summary

Rove Concepts’ Rove Next marketing role seeks a senior email and lifecycle leader who owns the end-to-end program. You’ll drive campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability with Klaviyo, embedding AI into daily work and ensuring assets meet brand standards.

You will work remotely across the Americas and Europe, overlapping Pacific or Eastern time, and collaborate with design and external ads partners to move the calendar and results forward.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with real ownership of email and lifecycle.
• Evidence that you build with AI yourself rather than assign it.
• Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken.
• A strong eye to judge asset quality and offer math accuracy.
• Comfortable being candid about performance and course-correcting.

Responsibilities

• Own Email and lifecycle as the primary channel; manage calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health.
• Quality control on copy, creative, destinations, offers, and regional versions.
• Build AI into daily workflows and ship it, not just propose it.
• Collaborate with lifecycle and email teams, designers, and external ads partner.
• Translate results into plain business language: spend, revenue, and learnings.
