CBT is seeking a Support Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role requires strong communication skills in Dutch and English, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive data.

You'll be managing customer interactions, handling delivery tracking, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position offers flexibility as it is 100% remote within continental Portugal.

The role includes a gross monthly salary of 1,534.82 EUR, meal allowances, and performance bonuses.
