CBT in Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of Dutch and English customer interactions from home. You will handle orders, tracking, returns, refunds, and payment questions while coordinating with logistics and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain GDPR/PCI compliance.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, KPI-driven performance, and a structured, autonomous work style, with paid training and a 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Near-native level of Dutch and strong command of English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening.
• Structured, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and handle sensitive information securely.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working towards KPIs.
• Nice to have prior experience in customer service or e-commerce; SAP is a plus (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer journey and manage end-to-end interactions (phone, email, live chat) in Dutch and English.
• Handle delivery tracking, returns, refunds, payment queries, and shipping investigations.
• Collaborate with logistics, financial institutions, and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure data security and GDPR/PCI compliance.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance team performance.
