Qualificações

• Direct experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, Mews).
• Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of basic data management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical advisor guiding clients during data transitions.
• Extract, clean, map, and validate data from various formats.
• Identify and resolve formatting discrepancies before clients go live.
