Dwelly is hiring a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to own landlord and tenant communications across its growing multi-brand portfolio. You will manage high-volume email campaigns, segment audiences, and build scalable templates and workflows to onboarding new brands efficiently.

The role emphasizes operational excellence in communications, automation, and data-driven improvements across a remote-first, growth-focused company.

Qualificações

• Experience in a mature CRM environment and scale.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Practical understanding of email deliverability.
• Ability to edit HTML/CSS for templates.
• Strong English communication, especially with British stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the Mailchimp database across all acquired agency brands.
• Build audience segments by contact type, by brand, geography, and lifecycle stage.
• Deploy, schedule, and monitor all outgoing email campaigns.
• Manage the recurring communications calendar (monthly landlord newsletters, regulatory updates, etc.).
• Track and report on email performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Onboard each new brand acquisition into Mailchimp infrastructure.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable templates and blocks.
• Use Zapier and AI tools to automate repetitive content production tasks.
• Maintain internal documentation for processes.
• Assist with Canva and Figma for email and template assets.
• Manage Google Business Profile across the portfolio.
