Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist | Medical Billing Expert in Portugal for a full-time remote role combining medical billing expertise with recruitment to identify and assess skilled RCM professionals supporting U.S. practices.

You will source, screen, and recommend candidates, align them with partner needs, and help build reliable pipelines while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing across the full revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, denial reasons, and reimbursements.
• Ability to explain billing workflows and assess practical experience in responses.
• Experience conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A reliable home office with stable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) roles.
• Conduct technical screenings of resumes for full-cycle billing, EMR, and payer knowledge.
• Assess billing proficiency through live screening on workflows, EOBs, denials.
• Administer role-specific assessments and score using rubrics.
• Recommend qualified candidates with clear, evidence-based written evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding handoffs, and replacement searches when needed.
• Share hiring insights to inform sourcing strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, professional candidate communication.
