Job summary

SpeakIt is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our multilingual team in Lisbon. You will own end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening, and presenting profiles to clients while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will report to the Recruitment Manager and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative culture. The role offers remote work with flexible hours and comprehensive onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar position.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for our client's positions.
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates.
• Providing candidates with information on roles and clients.
• Submitting applicants with CVs and a profile to clients with an assessment of fit.
• Matching jobs to candidates and evaluating job descriptions and requirements.
• Posting adverts to attract top talent.
• Performing database searches and other CV sources.
• Work 100% remotely with flexible hours; set your own schedule and onboarding.
