Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst to join a remote Portugal-based team. The role requires 4+ years in business/technical analysis within telecom environments, with strong requirements gathering, OSS/BSS familiarity, and experience in architecture documentation.

You will work on complex technology projects, engage stakeholders, and contribute to Agile delivery. Proficiency in English and Spanish at B2 level is preferred, and benefits include health insurance and vacation time.

  • Required skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in telecommunications environments
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and scope definition for complex technology projects
  • Strong networking knowledge, including Access Networks, Routing Protocols, Peering and Network Architectures
  • Experience withnetwork automation and orchestration platforms
  • Experience withItential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP)
  • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS environments and telecom operational processes
  • Expertise in telecom corporate services, including Digital Centrex, CBT, OSS Lite, OSS Premium, Anti-DDoS Services, Ethernet Carrier Services and Giganet
  • Experience producing functional and technical documentation
  • Experience witharchitecture documentation, including HLD, LLD and solution designs
  • Ability to create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams
  • Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
  • Experience withAgile delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
