Fossil Group Portugal seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator/Specialist (f/m/x) for a 7-month maternity cover, to support B2B partners and the sales team. The role ensures accurate order processing, promotions setup, and seamless end-to-end follow-ups across the country with remote flexibility.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will handle master data, returns coordination, and sales analytics, leveraging SAP tools and B2B portals to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in inside sales or commercial operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP order management & reporting preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order entry, modification, and follow-up in manual and automated systems (e.g., EDI, B2B).
• Set up promotions in order management systems and configure B2B tools for new accounts.
• Provide technical and operational support to B2B customers and sales team.
• Maintain customer master data and coordinate returns with FESCO; manage credits/debits with Collecting team.
• Track order fulfillment and analyze SAP reports for actionable insights.
